Terms of Service
By placing an order with kal.bog, you agree to the following terms:
Orders & Payments
All orders must be placed with accurate billing and shipping information. Orders may be canceled if payment is not successfully processed or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Digital & Physical Products
All stickers are physical products. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or printing variations. Minor imperfections can occur and do not qualify as defects.
Shipping
Stickers are shipped via standard mail unless otherwise noted. Once an order has been marked as shipped, kal.bog is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the postal service.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of low-cost sticker products, all sales are final.
Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

The item arrives damaged, or

The wrong item was sent
In these cases, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We do not offer refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse

Minor print variations

Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
Chargebacks & Fraud
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your ability to purchase from our shop being revoked. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of fraudulent activity.
Intellectual Property
All sticker designs, artwork, and branding are owned by kal.bog or used with permission. Stickers are for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold.
Liability
We are not responsible for how stickers are applied, used, or removed. By purchasing, you accept responsibility for proper application and surface compatibility.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
