We want you to love your stickers! If there’s an issue with your order, we’re happy to help.

Eligible Issues

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of custom-printed sticker products:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect address entered at checkout

    • Minor color or print variations

    • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier

Lost or Delayed Mail

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for postal delays or lost packages. If your order appears lost, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.
