Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

• International: 10–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has shipped. Some low-cost shipping methods may offer limited or no tracking.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. kal.bog is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Returned or reshipped orders due to address errors may require an additional shipping fee.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as shipped, kal.bog is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can help resolve the issue.
